Cancellation
Policy
Reservations
not cancelled 48 hours before scheduled arrival date will be charged the
first night accommodation. 48 hours cancellation prior to the check in
time without any charges to the guest, 50% charges to the guest if
canceled within 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the check in time, 100%
charges to the guest if cancelled within 24 hours time of the
check in time. Please note that we stricly practice these cancelation policies.
Please note the accommodation will not be held after the first night for
"No Shows" unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Group resrvations: A deposit of one night rate per room is required when booking for group reservations. The deposit is not refundable in case of early departure or if cancellation occurs within 2 days of the arrival date. The deposit will be returned minus the cancellation charge of $10.00 per room when the reservation is cancelled prior to 2 days of the arrival date or we are able to resell the accommodation for the same length the cancellation was for. Please note the accommodation will not be held after the first night for "No Shows" unless arrangements have been made in advance.
